‘Excess Baggage’ is an exhibition of work by 15 Irish based artists with mixed background and disciplines who work with emerging technologies, in Tallinn, Estonia March 2013.The format consists of each artist carrying their work with them and travelling on a direct, low budget flight. This concept can be replicated easily by other groups travelling into Ireland, which will begin to forge a network of such activities, giving the opportunity for transfer of knowledge and expertise.
