MA ADW Interim Show ’12
Pencil on canvas, Stethoscope, speakers and Ipod.
The work is composed of an image of my mother as a child reproduced in pencil on canvas. The story ‘ You Are Special’ by Max Lucado, is narrated by her through speakers hidden behind the canvas. Through the action of placing the head of the stethoscope on the pencil drawing to try and find the audio the work will deteriorate.
